Mass Effect Video Review

Hey I have been playing a lot of Mass Effect these past 2 weeks on the pc and I really have to share with everyone how I feel this game is extremely fun. It follows a classic D&D style of play with players turning towards lawful or evil (paragon and renegade in the game). Aiming well isn’t really the main thing a lot of the damage is math calculated with accuracy being a stat not how well you use a mouse.

The game is somewhat linear and easy to follow if you want to get it over quick but also gives you a lot of side quests (assignments in the game) that you don’t have to do if you don’t feel like it. But the game does offer you a lot of things to collect and A LOT of planets and zones to visit for these side quests.

The number 1 thing about the game for me was the story line. Chasing Saren across the galaxy to find the conduit before he does. Killing your team along the way because they don’t listen to you, and I do mean kill as in permanently remove the character from the game. Thank god I got the opportunity to get rid of the girl that keeps cutting off people; maybe in her next life she’ll understand it’s impolite.
